Because it's a bad guy Gagaman, I decided to base some elements of this pic on way back in the Manga-Gaga days including a frankly embarrassing element of my past: that plus toy of Pan from Dragonball GT. Also included the pound shop devil horns attachment (which has since been reduced to 50p) also seen in this Pan Doll obsession related piece from all the way back in 2003: [link]
